Along with your application, please attach a photocopy of your final Grade 6 report card (with teacher comments) and a photocopy of your most recent Grade 7 report card (with teacher comments). Return the application package to the office at Tupper when completed.
Application deadline for school applications: Thursday, December 17, 2015 (3pm)

3. Apply online for the district wide test from Saturday, November 7 - Sunday, November 15(2015) through the Vancouver School Board's website www.vsb.bc.ca click on Mini Schools. Remember to provide a Personal Education Number (PEN) when applying online (see your teacher for your PEN number). This step is extremely important because without the test your application to the Mini School program will not be considered, and it is free! This application is only available online. When RANKING schools on your application be sure to put your first choice first. First choice candidates are considered before equal second and third choice candidates.

4. Write the district wide test on Thursday, November 26th, 2015 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm for students in the Vancouver district (or from 8:30 am - 11:30 am for students out of the district). Students in the Tupper family of schools will write at Tupper - even if you live out of catchment. We want all student to feel comfortable with the kids they are in school with, so this applies across the district. Ask your elementary school administration if you are unsure.
